Wolf Point Mayor Chris Dschaak and Roosevelt County commissioners discussed a “typo” in the proposed agreement regarding the justice of the peace office. The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office responded to 91 calls from Sept. 2-8. The calls included the following: Sept. 2 Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle crash on a gravel road south of Culbertson. Deputies assisted the Montana Highway Patrol and the Culbertson Fire Department. There were no injuries. Deputies received a report of a disturbance regarding an adult male in Brockton.

A 41-year-old Culbertson man died in a rollover motorcycle crash about 23 miles southwest of Williston, N.D., late Saturday, Sept. 7. Tyler Shane Granley is facing two felony charges and three misdemeanor charges in district court. The felony charges are assault with a weapon and assault on a peace officer/judicial officer.
