The Culbertson School Board held its regular meeting Nov. 19. The meeting started at 6:30 p.m. The board met for board training from 4:40 p.m. until 6:25 p.m. and for regular session on Tuesday. The Roosevelt County commissioners approved pay raises for two of their employees during a brief weekly meeting held on Tuesday, Nov. 19. Approved for raises were Suzette Wagner and Cam Burshia. Roosevelt County finished October with the state’s 44th lowest unemployment rate at 3 percent. The outcome comes after being 35th in September at 3.4 percent. Roosevelt County was 49th in August
