Amanda Jo Gourneau was sentenced for criminal endangerment during a hearing in district court on Wednesday, April 14. Gourneau changed her plea to guilty for the charge on March 23. Based on a plea agreement, the state sought a five-year suspended sentence and a $500 fine. Gene Foss, 78, of Culbertson died at his home on Sunday, April 11, 2021. Visitation will be from noon to 4 p.m. Friday, April 23, 2021, at the United Methodist Church in Culbertson.
