Sidney Man Sentenced For Burglary In Culbertson
Riley John Chatterton, 21, of Sidney was sentenced in district court on Wednesday, March 10, after admitting taking items from a Culbertson residence on June 18, 2020.

Individuals Have Hearings In District Court
Gabriel Scott Hughes of Glasgow changed his plea to guilty for the charge of theft and was sentenced in district court on Wednesday, March 10.
Maximum penalties for the offense is 10 years in prison, a $50,000 fine or both.
During the hearing, Hughes admitted that on Aug. 18, 2020, he took a Chevy Impala without consent. He said he drove the vehicle to Glasgow and left it in a field.

Organizers with the County Cupboard food bank in Culbertson said the recent food drive held by Culbertson Cub Scouts Pack 4293 was a success. “We appreciate your hard work and spirit of philanthropy,” said a March 14 social media post from the food bank.
