After nearly a year, the final touches are being completed on the building remodel project at Roosevelt Medical Center.
An outdoor ribbon cutting ceremony and open house celebration is set to take place on Thursday, Sept. 9, from 4-6 p.m. behind RMC at the new clinic entrance and gazebo, in Culbertson.
A short ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. with staff-guided tours available throughout
