Ardell Jeanine Nelson, 88, of Plentywood died March 28, 2021.
She was born May 3, 1932, the middle child of Soren Sorensen Rungborg and Myrtle Marie (Andersen) Rungborg, in the old Sheridan Memorial Hospital in Plentywood. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith at the Reserve Lutheran church.
She spent her childhood years in Reserve and attended grade school at the Reserve School

The Cowgirls accounted for 13.5 points at the Glasgow Invitational for 15th place. Hinsdale topped the team standings with 52 points followed by Havre with 51 and Plentywood with 50 points.

Dethman helped the Class C squad win the tournament’s championship. Class C’s girls downed Class B, 61-49, in the title game. Dethman scored nine points in the victory.
Class C defeated Class A, 81-48, in the semi-final round. Dethman scored 13 points
