The Roosevelt County Disaster and Emergency Services conducted a basic hazmat and decontamination training at the Poplar Middle School on May 3-4.
The training, sponsored by Roosevelt County DES, was instructed by the National Volunteer Fire Council and West Virginia University Extension program.
