The Wolf Point City Council held its regular meeting April 21. Two new hires were approved for the Wolf Point Police Department in new patrol officer Trevin Boysun and new animal control officer Dominic Ahneman. Longtime police chief Jeff Harada has been appointed interim administrative chief for what is expected to be a three-month stint while a search for a new police chief is conducted.

Abrianne Lillian Deserly and Calvin Florin Lester Jr. are each facing second degree murder charges in federal court.
