Brockton dropped its basketball games against Fairview and Circle during the week. Brockton’s boys lost to Fairview, 67-33, on Saturday, Jan. 30. Fairview led 23-0 at the end of the first quarter. Top scorers for Brockton were Treydyn Bauer with 15 and Allen Russell with 12. Adding three points each were Wambidi Yellow Hammer and Quannah First That Walks. Brockton lost to Circle, 43-24.

Jared Krebs was recently hired as the new Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks eastern district fisheries management biologist in Glasgow. Krebs, originally from Minnesota, holds both a bachelor’s degree in wildlife biology from St. Cloud State University and a master’s degree in fisheries from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.
