Austin Lee Pipe Sr., 29, of Wolf Point, has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault resulting in substantial injury to dating partner. He was arrested in Wolf Point on a federal warrant July 21. According to charging documents, Pipe intentionally assaulted an intimate and dating parter with a dangerous weapon, a hatchet, on or about Feb. 13, 2019, at or near Wolf Point.
