Emma Torgerson is still learning and couldn’t be at a better place for a hands-on work experience. Torgerson, who recently completed her freshman year at North Dakota State University in Fargo, is serving as a summer employee and intern in the Roosevelt County MSU Extension Office. The office, located in Culbertson, has been short an Extension agent since Jan. 1. “Some friends of mine
