Roosevelt County commissioners said a walk-through of the county jail by commissioners and Montana Association of Counties officials went extremely well late in March. Commissioner Gordon Oelkers explained that a walk-through is required each year by Montana statute. Commissioner Robert Toavs said the peer review resulted in an impressive score of 95 percent. The 5 percent of deficiencies
