The first Ta Sunka Ho Waste Youth Conference is set for Jan. 29-31. It will be held at Thundering Buffalo Health and Wellness Center, 701 Frontage Road in Poplar. Marick Old Person earned fourth and De’mon Grandchamp took fifth in spontaneous oral interpretation. Takoa Old Person took 11th in humorous oral interpretation.
