The Wolf Point track team accounted for a solid effort during the Gene Nelson Memorial Invitational on Friday, May 3. Wolf Point’s boys tallied 46.5 points for sixth place in the team standings. The top three squads were Glasgow with 91.5 points, Plentywood with 71 and Lustre Christian with 59 points. The Lady Wolves scored 14 points for ninth place. Scobey topped the field with 139 points.

The Lustre Lions enjoyed many highlights during the Top 10 track meet held in Glasgow on Monday, April 29. Lustre’s boys’ 1600-meter relay team earned first-place honors with a time of 3:32.85. Running the relay were Brian Guedes, Byron Ewing, Terran Joseph and Johnslee Pierre. Pierre took first in the long jump with a best of 21-6. Pierre placed second in the 300-meter hurdles at 42.9
