Wolves’ Speech And Drama Team


The Wolves’ speech and drama team took second overall in drama sweeps in their first meet this year, held Saturday, Nov. 4, in Glasgow. They saw success in personal events as well. In dramatic theater, Walker Harmon and Jacob Lien took fifth, and Quiarrah Rios and Del Eymard took third. In humorous theater, Ryan Schumacher and Chase Adams took first, and Cole Boysun and Elliauna Ryan took eighth.

Piocos Files Suit Against County


Former Roosevelt County employee Frank Piocos filed a lawsuit against the county last week. The action seeks declaratory relief and claims the county didn’t have authority to remove him from office.
