The Wolf Point City Council held their regular meeting May 20. A motion was passed to hire Poplar’s Montana Duke Wilson as the new city attorney. Council member Lance FourStar thanked outgoing attorney Phillip Defelice for his service on behalf of the city. Commissioners Make Seasonal Hires

Commissioners Make Seasonal Hires


The Roosevelt County Commissioners held their regular meeting Tuesday, May 21. Patrick Wilkinson’s resignation from the Compensation Board was noted. A new member of that body is needed. Tracie Smith was rehired for seasonal help with the Roosevelt County Extension Office and Randy and Heather Pautsch were hired as mosquito sprayers. Myklynn Lewis was approved for a salary increase at 911 dispatch.
