The bigger than ever fireworks’ display in Wolf Point is occurring on Thursday, July 4, thanks to the support of area businesses, organizations and individuals. “Last year, we set the record and this year, we beat last year’s record,” organizer George “Mr. Fourth of July” Blount said. “The fireworks went up in price because of inflation, but we have great community support.”

The Wolf Point School Board unanimously agreed during a meeting on Monday, June 24, to reward Superintendent Dr. David Perkins with a bonus for his efforts in leading the school district. Trustee Trenton Wemmer made the motion to give Perkins a $10,000 bonus.
