The Roosevelt County commissioners recently sent a letter to Gov. Greg Gianforte with the request of assistance in purchasing the National Guard Armory building in Culbertson. The Poplar Tribal Elves entertained their community again on Tuesday night with the help of adult volunteers and school personnel. Staff from Poplar School took the basketball court against the Tribal Elves’ adult volunteers. The trick was that they had to wear inflatable outfits, looking like dogs, during the game. The school staff ended up winning the entertaining contest by a 24-15 margin.
