Poplar Man Sentenced For Assault, Gun Charges
A Poplar man who broke into a house on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation and assaulted a resident was sentenced last week to 85 months in prison to be followed by five years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme said.
Marion Wallace Runs Through, Jr., 33, pleaded guilty in December 2024 to assault with a dangerous weapon and use (by brandishing) of a firearm during a crime of violence.
