He was born May 2, 1962, in Poplar to Thomas Alfred Scott Sr. and Sybil Jones. He was raised by his grandparents, Arthur and Martha Scott in Fort Kipp.

Diana Marie Roy, 71, of Williston, N.D., passed away at her home on Thursday morning, Aug. 13, 2020.
Her funeral service was celebrated Wednesday morning, Aug. 19, 2020, at 11 a.m. at First Lutheran Church in Williston. Rev. Jeanne Madsen officiated. Cremation will follow the service with burial of the cremated remains on Friday afternoon, Aug. 21, 2020, at 2 p.m.

Diana Marie Roy, 71, of Williston, N.D., passed away at her home on Thursday morning, Aug. 13, 2020.

Jennifer Lynn Forest, 40, died at her home in Manteo, N.C., on Aug. 15, 2020.
She was born in Williston, N.D., to Connie J. (Marottek) Forest and Michael D. Forest.
She shared a competitive spirit and a love of sports with her sons. She was a proud Dallas Cowboys fan. She and her mother, Connie, shared a love of music, dancing and watching movies.

Helen E. Whitmus, age 85, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2020, at Agrace Hospice Inpatient Unit in Fitchburg, Wis.
She was born in Butte, Mont., on Oct. 15, 1934, the daughter of Frank and Erma Birmingham. Helen graduated from Butte High School Class of 1953.

However, with the COVID-19 pandemic going on, this yearβs exhibits were judged but no one-on-one conference judging was held. Indoor exhibits were judged Thursday, August 13 at the fairgrounds in Culbertson.
