Judge Denies Deserly’s Motion To Dismiss

The motion by Abrianne Lillian Deserly to have her second degree murder case be dismissed has been denied by Chief District Judge Brian Morris of the U.S. District Court. The indictment alleges that on Feb. 26, 2025, near Wolf Point, the defendant unlawfully and with malice aforethought, that is recklessly with extreme disregard for human life, killed John Doe and aided and abetted the same.

Isaiah Antelope, 30, Lame Deer, hold for other agency. T’shauna Azure, 27, Wolf Point, criminal endangerment. Chad Bachmann, 46, Red Lodge, hold for other agency. Vincent Bell, 33, Billings, hold for other agency.

Several hearings, including sentencings, were conducted in Roosevelt County District Court on Wednesday, March 11, in front of District Judge Benjamin Fosland. Jason Daugherty was sentenced for violating the terms of his probation.
