Wolf Point Shoots For Another Winning Flag Football Season

After advancing all the way to the semi-final round of the state tournament last season, Wolf Point’s flag football squad aims to be a powerhouse this season.

Returning players for the Wolves include Anna Matejovsky, Addy Smith, Maci Fourstar, Ma’Kenzie Jackson, Kai Villaluz, Kaleigha Lavendure and McKinlee Paulson.

“We are really athletic and have great speed,” Coach Cody Larson said. “Every day, we just need to focus on getting better together.”

Assistant coaches are Jed Loucks and Dave Allen.

Larson has high hopes for the Wolves.

“Honestly, I think we have a shot to compete for a state title,” Larson said. “The conference is always growing with Poplar, Glendive and Glasgow, but I really think we are one of the top teams.”
