Hearings Conducted In District Court

District Judge Benjamin Fosland presided over change of plea and petition to revoke hearings in Roosevelt County District Court on Tuesday, July 28.

Andrew Michael Heser changed his plea to guilty for possession of dangerous drugs. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered.

Stuart Murray Double changed his plea to guilty for possession of dangerous drugs along with three misdemeanor charges. Fosland ordered a pre-sentencing investigation prior to having a sentencing hearing take place.

Whitley Raquel Arredondo Adams and the State made a joint agreement for a dispositional recommendation. It was agreed that the defendant’s three-year deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of dangerous drugs should be revoked and that Adams should have her three-year deferred imposition of sentence reimposed under the original conditions issued on March 12, 2025.

Adams will receive street time credit of 305 days. Her probation o er reported that Adams was doing well on probation during those amount of days.

Kristy Daugherty denied allegations that she broke conditions of her probation. The allegations included that she was gambling or in a casino.

Judge Fosland explained to Daugherty that he could commit her to a women’s prison for the rest of her sentence. An adjudication hearing was scheduled for Aug. 25.

John David Panasuk denied three alleged violations of breaking the conditions of his probation. The violations included that he left his assigned location without permission, he was in possession or using illegal drugs and that he failed to comply with all laws or conditions.

A hearing was scheduled for Panasuk on Aug. 25.

Fosland denied a request to reduce Panasuk’s bond of $100,000.
