Vala Gregor’s favorites activities during her high school days have included speech and drama along with music.

“Speech and drama allowed me to be myself and make friends,” Gregor said.

Other activities have included track, band, choir, Business Professionals of America, Explore America and student council.

One of her favorite memories is all the times that students got off topic in music teacher Tyler Harris’ class.

She enjoyed all her music classes and being a teacher’s aide for Harris.

She picks Harris as her favorite teacher. “Because he gives good life advice. He’s funny and he teaches me a lot of things that I’m very interested in.” Gregor has attended school in Froid since the first grade.

She appreciates that the teachers are very helpful all the time in Froid.

After high school, Gregor plans to attend the University of North Dakota, join the National Guard and become a music teacher.
