Toews Charged With Six Felonies
Joshua Alan Toews is facing six felony counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs. The charges were filed on Monday, April 6, in Mc-Cone County District Court.
Count 1 reads that Toews knowingly possessed cocaine in McCone County on Feb. 26.
Counts 2 through 6 alleges that Toews knowingly possessed an illegal steroid without a valid prescription, which is a dangerous drug, on Feb. 26, in McCone County.
A person convicted of the offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs shall by punished by imprisonment in the Montana State Prison for a term not to exceed five years, a fine in an amount not to exceed $5,000 or both.
In addition, Toews is facing the misdemeanor charge of being in the possession of drug paraphernalia.
