Murder Trials Moved To June 9 In Great Falls
The second degree murder trials for Adrianne Lillian Deserly, Calvin Florin Lester Jr., and Dillon Demery Wetsit have been rescheduled for June 9 in Great Falls.
The jury trial was scheduled for April 14, but the government made a motion to continue the trial. The motion was unopposed.
Attorneys for the government said that a continuance is necessary as the parties are continuing to review and prepare the matter for trial, as well as potential resolutions short of trial. “Moreover, as a part of these preparations and discussions, the parties are reviewing discovery in this matter, and while this case is not overly complex, time and diligence are still required to review the case and get the matter ready for trial.”
The crime allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 26, 2025, in Wolf Point. If convicted, the defendants face a maximum sentence of life in prison.
