Hearings Take Place in District Court

Anthony Douglas Miller was sentenced to three years with the Montana Department of Corrections during a district court hearing in front of Judge Benjamin Fosland on Tuesday, Feb. 24.

Miller didn’t receive a fine and was given credit for 196 days of time served.

Miller originally received a three-year deferred sentence in December for criminal possession of dangerous drugs. Since that time, Miller violated the terms of his probation.

Whitley Raquel Arredondo Adams entered a plea of denial during her probation revocation hearing. The charge regards that the defendant must comply with all laws and ordinances and conduct herself as a good citizen.

An adjudication hearing was scheduled for June 10.

Lawrence Joseph Morin changed his plea to guilty for the charge of driving under the influence, second offense. He was ordered to serve one year in the county detention center with all but eight days suspended. He was given credit for four days served. Morin was fined $1,800.
