Grey Bull Likes Working, Debating

Wolf Point High School student Cante’ Grey Bull enjoys her weekend job and her government class during her senior year.

Since April she has working at the movie theater in Wolf Point during weekends. She appreciates how nice the customers are at the theater.

“I like the fact that I get to work with my friends and it’s a good environment,” Grey Bull said.

A hobby for her is looking at art, especially pieces from long ago.

“I don’t take art class. I just enjoy looking at it,” she explained.

Her favorite class is government where she gets to discuss various topics.

“I like debating with people with different views and prove they are wrong,” Grey Bull said.

Her views include that nobody is illegal on stolen land and she is an advocate for human rights.

She turns 18 in June and she is looking forward to voting in the mid-term election.

Her favorite teacher is Lori Sande. “She will help me whenever I need it. She’s understanding,” Grey Bull said.

Grey Bull has attended school in Wolf Point since moving from Oklahoma in 2017.

“There’s some good and some bad here,” she said of Wolf Point. “It’s important to focus on the good.”

After high school, she plans to enlist in the U.S. Army and stay active until retirement. She is interested in the health care field.

“It’s a good career path,” she added.
