Azure Faces Criminal Endangerment Charge
T’Shauna Lee Azure is facing four charges, including one felony, in District Court for Roosevelt County.
The felony charge is criminal endangerment. Misdemeanor charges include reckless driving, failure of duty to give information and render aid and failure of duty to give immediate notice of accident.
According to court documents, there was a motor vehicle crash near the Silver Wolf Casino in Wolf Point on Dec. 29, 2025. The Montana Highway Patrol reports that two vehicles collided head on. Law enforcement was made aware that the female driver of one of the vehicles had fled the scene on foot.
There were no injuries to any of the individuals on scene. The passenger of vehicle one was slurring his speech and appeared impaired by alcohol. He said that he was sleeping in the back seat of his vehicle when a female entered his vehicle and began driving. When the vehicle traveled east out of Wolf Point on Montana 25, the female driver attempted to turn south onto Fourth Avenue SE. She failed to correctly negotiate the turn and struck vehicle two head on. The female then exited the vehicle and fled on foot.
After dashcam footage helped identify the driver as Azure the following day, officers attempted to locate her. Azure told law enforcement that she had “blacked out” the previous night. She stated that she met the male passenger earlier that night, and that he allowed her to drive the vehicle.
