The Boy Scout program in Culbertson will get a new start, although a delayed one, with the announcement that Dick Rumsey will be Scoutmaster following many attempts by the American Legion Post, sponsoring organization, to obtain a leader for Troop 296.

Mr. Rumsey is familiar with the program having worked as assistant to Harold Forbregd. An assistant for Rumsey is being sought at this time.

Other members of the committee are Bill Caster-line, secretary and treasurer with Maynard Cellmer as camping chairman. Those stating that they will assist with projects whenever possible are Richard Du-Mond, Allen Pedersen and Harold Forbregd. The committee will meet once a month.

The re-charting or re-registration night for the Boy Scouts in Culbertson will be Jan. 21 in the Legion Hall. Any boys eleven years of age and older are eligible for enrollment.
