NEMHS Announces Employees Of The Year For 2025

Northeast Montana Health Service has announced its 2025 Employees of the Year, recognizing three outstanding team members whose dedication, professionalism and compassion exemplify the organization’s mission and values.

Each year, NEMHS employees are nominated by peers and leaders who witness firsthand their commitment and excellence in daily work. The Employees of the Year are selected for their leadership, teamwork, reliability and positive impact across their departments and facilities.

Honored for 2025 were Samantha Moran of Trinity Hospital, Nicole Paulson of Poplar Hospital and Gordon Heser of Faith Home.

Over the past year, this year’s honorees have shown remarkable growth and unwavering dedication to patient care and teamwork. They are trusted colleagues who consistently step up to support others, solve challenges and help NEMHS thrive. Their professionalism and compassion are evident in every interaction, whether with co-workers, patients or the communities they proudly serve.
