Speech, Drama Take Firsts In Frazer

The Culbertson/Bainville/ Froid/Lake speech and drama team attended the Frazer Invitational Speech and Debate tournament Saturday, Nov. 22.

Placing and earning sweepstakes points were Harrison Green, who earned a first in impromptu. Peyton Jahns placed first in program oral interpretation of literature.

Josie Simonsen placed first in memorized public address.

Harper Struna took third in program oral interpretation of literature.

Colt’n Rees took third in memorized public address.

Harper Anderson placed first in dramatic solo. Emma Henry was second in dramatic solo. Gavin Raaum placed second in mime.

Trinity Gregor placed fifth in humorous solo. Scarlet Mahoney placed sixth in spontaneous oral interpretation. Ian Roseleip took eighth in spontaneous oral interpretation.

Jacklynne Taberna placed seventh in humorous oral interpretation.

The team placed first in Class C speech sweepstakes and first in Class C drama sweepstakes.
