Judges Announce Parade Winners

The float by Sherman Inn was selected as the grand overall winner by judges for the Wolf Point Wild Horse Stampede’s parades.

Taking first place for best restored vehicle was George Leibrand. David Waters took second and Bruce Unger placed third.

For best original vehicles, Tim Sorely was first, Ken Heiser earned second and Bruce Unger took third.

MMIW, featuring Mike Azure with walkers and floats, earned top honors in the cultural heritage category.

Taking first for adult club float was 653 Customs by Dani Bushman.

The Bumble Bees’ softball team was the winner for youth clubs. The Wolf Point city pool placed second and Headstart took third.

Independence Bank earned first place for best commercial entry.

Joclynn Williams was the winner for best adult cowgirl.

For the family entries in horse category, the Gourneaus took first and the Hunsakers placed second.

Ray Reede earned top honors in the Wagons and Hitches category.
