Workforce Training Camp Coming To Eastern Montana During May
Eastern Montana businesses, employees and job seekers will have the opportunity to enhance their workplace skills through 406 Workforce Training, an interactive workshop designed to strengthen customer service, communication and workplace success.
This three-hour training session will be offered at multiple locations across the region, bringing expert-led instruction directly to communities in (Malta, Glasgow, Wolf Point, Scobey, Plentywood, Sidney and Glendive) on select dates in May 2025.
Led by Lisa Jones, an experienced trainer with over two decades of expertise in workforce development, this session will provide practical, real-world strategies to help participants:
• Present themselves professionally and build trust with customers • Improve customer engagement and communication skills
• Navigate workplace challenges and handle conflict effectively • Positively represent their business and community
• Prevent burnout and develop strategies for long-term success “This training is all about empowering individuals with the skills they need to succeed in any workplace,” said Tori Matejovsky, executive director of Great Northern Development Cooperation. “Whether you’re in retail, hospitality, or any customer- facing role, these sessions will provide valuable insights and hands-on techniques to enhance your professional growth and we are excited to partner with so many different organizations to bring this much needed training to our region.”
