Circle Man Dies In Fatality Crash

A 22-year-old Circle man died in a fatality crash in Garfield County on Friday, April 18. The crash occurred at 10 p.m.

The victim has been identified by family and friends as Nevin Kelly.

According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the victim was driving eastbound in a Subaru Legacy on Montana Highway 200. He crossed the center line of the roadway, over corrected and entered into a sideways slid. The vehicle went off the right side of the roadway where it rolled an unknown number of times before coming to its final stop.

Speed and no seatbelt use are considered factors.
