The Wolf Point Music Department welcomed the start of the holiday season with the 38th annual Madrigal Dinner on Friday, Nov. 22, and Saturday, Nov. 23.
The program, under the direction of Jacob Bradshaw, took place at the First Lutheran Church.
Performers included Cante’ Grey Bull, Alena Bradshaw, Quiarrah Rios, Paige Rios, Ryver Summers, Chase Adams, Cole Boysun, Logan Wolff, William Schwarzrock

The Fort Peck Tribes’ Office of Environmental Protection stays very busy with its recycling program throughout the region, and it doesn’t look like efforts will slow down anything soon.
Lawrence Flores, recycling manager, notes that recycling work includes cardboard, plastic, aluminum, used motor oil and e-waste. He was in attendance at the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribal Department

The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office responded to 81 calls from Nov. 18-25.
The calls included the following: Nov. 18
Deputies responded to a call in Culbertson regarding two dogs running around town. Deputies patrolled the area looking for the loose dogs but the dog weren’t located.
Deputies and the Fort Peck Tribes Department of Law and Justice took a call regarding two stolen vehicles
