School Based Health Clinics Offer Care
Health Promotion Disease Promotion staff reminds the community that medical care is offered via telemedicine appointments for children 18 and under. If you can’t visit your primary care provider, HPDP provides appointments at area schools. HPDP is open Monday though Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Acute care is offered at select clinics for adults.
