TEB Approves Fred’s Grill Purchase
During the Fort Peck Tribal Executive Board’s regular meeting Nov. 12 in Poplar, the board approved the purchase of Fred’s Grill and Casino in the amount of $200,000.
The board approved a contract modification with Addiction Consulting Group for consulting services under the Spotted Bull Recovery Resource Center in the amount of $15,000.
The board also approved funding in the amount of $5,298 to the Veterans Affairs for Veterans Day events.
Dennis Four Bear was approved as THIP liaison, taking over from Kenny Smoker Jr.
A bid from 21 Construction for the Brockton Lagoon Project was approved in the amount of $4,339,430.17, they also approved the deobligation of ARPA funding for the Brockton Lagoon in the amount of $1,122,126.
A motion was approved designating St. Joseph’s Cemetery for cemetery use only under Montana tax exemptions.
A contract was approved between JG Research & Evaluation, the Fort Peck Tribes Native Connections Program and the Fort Peck Tribes Garrett Lee Smith Program.
The obligation of ARPA funding in the amount of $120,080 was approved for the Tribal Security Program.
The next regular meeting of the Fort Peck Tribal Executive Board is set for Monday, Nov. 25.
