Juanita Mae Martin

Juanita Mae Redstone Martin, 94, died Aug. 2, 2024, at the Faith Home in Wolf Point.

She was born July 28, 1930, in Poplar to Frank and Pearl Redstone.

She attended school in Wolf Point, traveled by bus from Oswego, where she resided with her parents and her brother Everett until she turned 19 years of age. She enlisted in the Army in the Korean War.

After returning home, she married Thomas D. Martin. From this union, three children were born, Janice Garfield, Jody Kohl and Danna Martin. She loved her family. She was a homemaker, and

loved to bake and sew. She also loved to shop — it didn’t matter if she bought anything, she just loved to shop.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas D. Martin; brother; and a daughter, Jody.

She is survived by her daughters, Janice Garfield and Danna Martin; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. An inurnment will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, at the Greenwood Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point was entrusted with the arrangements.
