Lions Take Fifth At Glendive Track Meet

The Lustre Christian Lions scored 38 points to take fifth place in the team standings at the Glendive Shriners’ track meet on Friday, April 26.

Johnslee Pierre finished first in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 42.24 seconds. The sophomore placed third in the long jump with a mark of 20-7. He placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at 17.17 seconds.

Prestyn Klatt ran to a fifthplace finish in the 3200 with a time of 11:17.70.

Lustre’s 400-meter relay team featuring Brian Guedes, Pierre, Byron Ewing and Terran Joseph earned fifth at 46.03 seconds.

Joseph took second in the 100 at 11.25 and third in the 200 at 22.9 seconds.

Ewing took eighth in the 400 at 55.89 seconds.
