Becker Earns Math Honors

Culbertson’s eighth-grade student Felixe Becker earned firstplace honors in two events during the 2024 MCTM regional math meet held in Sidney.

Becker had the top scores in both dimensions and shapes and number concepts.

Froid’s sophomore Macie Elvsaas took top honors in problem solving for her age division.

Circle’s Kloe Kountz earned first place for the potluck category in the eighth-grade division.

Other first-place winners were Fairview’s Bryson Fox, Sidney’s Tripp Heggem, Plentywood’s Addision Reed, Sidney’s Kaitlyn Sissel, Savage’s Jaxcen Sanders, Glendive’s Roman Tuma, Sidney’s Ethan King, Glendive’s James Carter, Sidney’s malia Nguewoun, Fairview’s Jaden Murphy, Sidney’s Oliver Slade, Sidney’s Kyle Humphries, Sidney’s Ryleigh Kleinke, Glendive’s Dylan Jolliffe, Savage’s Hunter Sanders, Sidney’s Mercedes Lamb, Plentywood’s Micah French, Sidney’s Hailey Haolsworth, Sidney’s Daniel Stevens, Glendive’s Alex Whitmer, Lambert’s Gracelyn Gonsioroski and Westby’s Nycole Prince.
