Commissioners Consider Bids For Project

Three bids were received for a project during a special meeting by Roosevelt County commissioners held on Thursday, Feb. 22.

The project is for a slab replacement on County Road 2031, which is located between Wolf Point and Scobey about a quarter mile from the Roosevelt County and Daniels County border.

John Bach of Interstate Engineering opened the bids during the meeting.

The bids received for the project included $1,155,349.46 from Martin Construction of Dickinson, N.D., $709,310.00 from Two Diggers Inc. of Glasgow and $840,240.00 from Bishop Inc., Of Malta.

Commissioners agreed to put the bids under advisement and have Bach review the bids before a decision is made.
