Between the Bookends

Events planned at the James E. Shanley Tribal Library in Poplar for February include meetings of the Teen Democracy Project at 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 7 and Feb. 21 and the Winter Puzzle Palooza Feb. 11 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Drop-in resume and job research assistance is offered Feb. 12 and Feb. 26 from 1 to 2 p.m. and Children’s Storytime is set for Feb. 20 at 10:30 a.m.

Film screenings are set for Feb. 15 with The Lentil Underground and Feb. 22 with

In The Dirt. Times to be announced.

The cookbook club meets Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. and the library’s book club will meet Feb. 28 at 4:30 p.m. The title explored by the club at the meeting this month is Remarkably Bright Creatures,

a novel by Shelby Van Pelt. A potluck dinner will be served.
