Fowler, Clampitt Arrested By Law Enforcement
The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office reported that Eric Bruce Fowler was arrested on a federal felony arrest warrant in Wolf Point on Tuesday, Jan. 23.
The affiant of the search warrant was special agent Raul Figueroa. The search was executed by FBI Swat.
Found during the search by the sheriff’s office were cash, capped syringes, a spoon and a baggie containing suspected meth residue.
Fowler was taken to the Roosevelt County Detention Center.
When Jason Clampitt was searched, a baggie containing suspected meth was discovered. Clampitt was advised of his tribal rights. He was transported to the tribal jail. Charges included unlawful possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A warrant for Clampitt dated Oct. 14, 2022, included the charges of intimidation, bullying or harassment, carrying a concealed weapon, negligent endangerment and unlawful discharge of firearms.
Other agencies involved included the FBI team, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Division of Drug Enforcement, and the Fort Peck Tribal Law Enforcement.
