Fowler Facing Drug Charges

Dale Robert Fowler of Wolf Point is facing two counts including the felony charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs. He also has been charged with criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

If convicted of the possession charge, maximum penalties are five years in the state prison and a fine of $5,000.

Fowler is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 13.

According to court documents, law enforcement made a home visit/search at Fowler’s residence in Wolf Point on Nov. 2 during which they discovered drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Fowler is on probation for possession of meth.
