NDO Heads To Billings

Nakoda Dakota Oyate Youth Council members attended the annual SBRRC Native Pride youth conference in Billings Aug. 14-20. Local attendees included students from Frazer, Wolf Point, Poplar and Brockton. Dr. Clayton Small with Native Pride helped fund the trip, along with Ernie Big Horn and COIPP and SAPTA grants.
