Summers Finishes First In Chief Joseph Run

Wolf Point’s Peyton Summers was the overall eightmile winner at the Chief Joseph run held in Laurel on July 4.

Summers, who is entering his senior year at Wolf Point High School, finished first with a time of 50:39.07. The second-place finisher was Caleb Burton of Laurel at 50:57.12. Tyler Hutton of Laurel took third at 53:12.11.

Stacey Summers placed 19th overall in the women’s four-mile run with a time of 46:51.20. She placed fourth in her age division.

Talia Super-Byram captured first overall in the women’s four-mile run at 34:23.51.
