County Reports Two Active COVID Cases

Roosevelt County reported two active COVID cases as of Friday, May 5. There have been 4,103 total cases in the county.

Daniels County had zero active cases as of Friday, May 5. The county has 492 cumulative cases. Valley County reported seven active cases as of Friday, May 5. The county has 2,198 cumulative cases.

In McCone County, there were zero active cases as of Friday, May 5. There have been 455 cumulative cases.

Phillips County had two active cases as of Friday, May 5. There have been 1,153 cumulative cases in the county.

For Richland County, there was one active case as of Friday, May 5. There have been 3,037 cumulative cases.

Sheridan County had zero active cases as of Friday, May 5. There have been 936 cumulative cases in the county.

Statewide

According to Montana health officials, the state’s total number of known cases now stands at 333,758 since the start of the pandemic. Around the state, there are 321 active cases and 253 newly reported cases in the last week. By Friday, May 5, a total of 3,712 deaths have been reported statewide. A total of 14,414 individuals have been hospitalized.

North Dakota Statistics

Williams County, N.D., had five active cases as of Thursday, May 4.

McKenzie County, N.D., had four active cases as of Thursday, May 4.

Divide County, N.D., had zero active cases as of Thursday, May 4.

Vaccine Doses

As of Friday, May 5, 1,671,818 total doses have been administered in Montana. There are 574,737 or 53 percent fully immunized Montanans.

In Roosevelt County, 15,599 total doses have been administered as of Friday, May 5. There are 5,902 fully immunized for 54 percent of the county’s eligible population for vaccination.

In Valley County, 9,349 total doses have been administered. There are 3,313 fully immunized for 45 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Daniels County, 1,975 total doses have been administered. There are 699 fully immunized for 43 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In McCone County, 1,302 total doses have been administered. There are 432 fully immunized for 26 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Richland County, 11,081 total doses have been administered. There are 4,174 fully immunized for 38 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Phillips County, 4,866 total doses have been administered. There are 1,790 fully immunized for 46 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Sheridan County, 5,561 total doses have been administered. There are 1,860 fully immunized for 57 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.
