There are now five candidates in the race to elect the Roosevelt County sheriff. William “Willy” Black Dog of Poplar filed for the sheriff’s position last week. Kendall Enjoys Computers, History

Culbertson High School senior Jahrone Kendall is most happy when he can work on computers. “I enjoy computer programming and I’m doing robotics right now,” Kendall said. He is part of the school’s robotics team with Payton Perkins and Trevor Powell. “We are exploring the Lego Mindstorms kits,” Kendall explained.
