Wolves Receive Honors For Football Season
Four Wolf Point football players have earned post-season honors for their play this fall.
Juliun Benson, a senior, was selected All-State. The senior was All-Conference at athlete and second team All-Conference at defensive back.
Also selected for the Wolves to the second team were offensive lineman Lennox Lilley, linebacker Charles Page and kicker Preston Swenson.
Voted to the All-Conference first team on offense were Maltaâs quarterback Stockton Oxarart, Glasgowâs running back Tatum Hansen, Maltaâs running back Camryn Mears, Maltaâs wide receiver Kyle Darrington, Glasgowâs wide receiver Morgan Fast, Glasgowâs tight end Wyatt Babb, Maltaâs lineman Reese Brown, Cut Bankâs lineman Damien Burke, Glasgowâs lineman Kohl Kittleson, Glasgowâs lineman Ethan Nickels and Fairfieldâs lineman Cole Troy.
Voted All-Conference first team on defense were Fairfieldâs defensive back Bryden Batson, Maltaâs defensive back Kaden Bishop, Cut Bankâs Tate Monroe, Glasgowâs defensive back Ashton Potter, Fairfieldâs linebacker McCoy Banner, Glasgowâs Morgan Fast, Maltaâs linebacker Spencer Gibbs, Maltaâs linebacker Camryn Mears, Fairfieldâs end Owen Cartwright-Gines, Maltaâs end Eli Hanson, Maltaâs lineman Reese Brown and Glasgowâs lineman Tatum Hansen.
Selected for special teams were Maltaâs Colton Mears at kicker, Maltaâs Spencer Gibbs as punter and Fairfieldâs Bryden Batson as return specialist.
All-State honors went to Benton, Fairfieldâs Batson, Glasgowâs Fast, Maltaâs Gibbs, Glasgowâs Hansen, Maltaâs Hanson and Maltaâs Mears.
